How much time do you need to set up for an event?

We come an hour early to set up and stay 30 minutes afterwards to clean up! We suggest having a 10x10’ location with a plug outlet already selected so we can set up as soon as we get there. Need us to come earlier in the day to set up? Or having a room flip and don’t have an hour to spare? We charge an additional $75 for early set up or additional attendants to do fast turnarounds.

Do you need wifi?

The easy answer is no! The tablet, camera, and printer, run fully off of each other. Wifi can be unpredictable or not available, so we make it easy to still have Blossom at your event! Want social sharing options? Wifi is required to immediately share photos to your guests via QR code.

Why do I have to wait a month before to pick my backdrop, props, etc?

We’re always purchasing new backdrops and props! So by waiting, you’ll most likely have a larger selection to pick from. Don’t see one you love? We can order any custom designs, just ask! You can also browse here.

Can I Provide my own props?

We’re not into the cheesy, flimsy, cardboard props. We’ve searched the internet for high quality and head turning items. And you have so much to remember on your wedding day or for your event, it’s easiest if we take care of everything! If there’s something specific you’d like, reach out, and we’ll make sure it’s the highest quality and ready for your event.

How Much is the deposit to hold our date?

do i get copies of the photos?

You’ll have access to your digital photos after your event! You’ll receive a link to view and download as many times as you want. You’ll also receive a flash drive in the mail after. Want physical copies? Consider a Wood Box + Prints or an Album Station at your event!

Can i provide my own album station?

We don’t print extra pictures during your event unless we have an additional attendant present for our album stations to manage and ensure all pictures are places in the album. Often times, if a client provides the album, the guests forget to print an extra photo and the photos never get put in the album. No one wants an empty album! So it’s easier all around to let us take care of it all! Want to learn more? >> Click Here

We require bookings at least one week out from your event so we have time to design a layout and pick props and backdrops. Because we can only accommodate one event at a time, booking as soon as possible is suggested! You can read more about the booking process here.

how big is the booth?

The booth itself is only 6ft tall and takes up as much space as a person. Everything is enclosed in the booth (the photo printer, camera, tablet, etc.) so it can fit in small spaces without messy printers and wires taking up floor space! The backdrops are 8ft wide x 8 ft tall and we suggest keeping a 10x10 space open for guests to move around freely.

Obviously we love fun backdrops to set the party mood, but you can decide! Really love your event venue or want to capture your business in the background? We can accommodate that!

Do you do outdoor events?

We no longer offer outdoor events of any kind, nor will we set up outside or under a covered patio. We must be indoors, with air conditioning due to the type of equipment we have. In addition, if severe weather warnings are given (for example, tornado warnings) the attendant will shut down the booth, take cover, and reopen for the amount of time remaining when it is deemed safe.
